Pinaddicts April edition

Yep it’s time again to show our skills (or lack thereof) in the Pinaddicts challenge!

This month has been absolutely manic and full on.  There hasn’t been time to be super creative but as usual I’ve gone for something that needed to be done…

A special little boy turned 2 this week and of course a party followed. We did a train theme and I saw this on Pinterest and though it would be really cool! Some electricians tape purchased the tracks were laid, of course in the pre-party chaos we forgot to take photo’s of the walk up to the front door… but here’s a little sample.

And of course what are tracks without some trains…

And of course the most important boy of the day…

We had a such a lovely time, thanks for Pinterest for some new and more exciting ideas!!

There are loads more brilliant crafty, cooking, sewing and makers so head on over to sewscrumptious and have a peek as she’s hosting this month.

  1. Oh I wish my little boy still liked trains so I had a good excuse to do this-my partner’s a trainee electrician too so always finding rolls of tape about! What a great idea, hope he loved it and enjoyed his special day…also hope it didn’t take too long getting all the tape up afterwards haha!

  2. What a great idea for a party – he must have loved it! My little girl loves trains! We spend hours (or so it seems…) at the station watching them – will definitely give this a go!

    • Works on every thing… did it on the paving outside too and didn’t leave any residue and all the kids loved walking up the tracks to the front door!

What do you think?
